We had a small issue with our blind, I won’t go into any detail because that is not the reason why I am emailing. The reason is to thank you for how quickly the issue was resolved. Our roller blind arrived and we had it installed within the week, no fuss! 

The roman blinds in Sarah’s room are just fantastic. We really couldn’t be happier with the way they look and they completely cover the whole window frame, no light comes through at all. The best bit of all is that she actually sleeps until 8am every morning…not 6am!

When we told our friends we were ordering our blinds off the internet they were very sceptical. They were asking questions like 'how could you order such large items without even seeing the product'. I have not received service like this since I was living in the UK. Not only the service but the quality of your blinds for the price you sell them at is amazing. We really couldn't tell the difference between yours and the ones we bought for our previous house which we paid a fortune for.

Thank you for your advice to fit our roman blinds on the outside of our window frame instead of inside. It looks so much better and when we lift them we don't sacrifice any of the window. Expert advice is always welcomed thank you.

I first bought blinds from you about five years ago when we moved to the Gold Coast from Perth.  They still look in perfect condition.  When we moved house recently we took some of the blinds with us as we knew we could match them.  As you know I experienced a problem with one of the cords.  Your email with instructions on how to fix it was PERFECT as it was up and working in no time.  Can’t put a price on such great customer service.  Thank you.
